I am Tara Castillo, Founder & CEO of Hearts of Royalty Outreach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and opportunity to individuals and families facing hardship. Through community outreach, we provide hot meals, hygiene supplies, clothing, backpacks for students, resource navigation, and compassionate support to people experiencing homelessness, veterans, and underserved communities.

Our vision extends beyond meeting immediate needs. We are building pathways to long-term stability through future housing initiatives, workforce development resources, and community partnerships that empower individuals to rebuild their lives. I am passionate about creating lasting change by serving others with compassion, excellence, and purpose while strengthening communities one heart at a time.
