Aiko Smith is a 2x TEDx speaker, mindfulness facilitator trained by UCLA’s Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior’s Mindfulness Awareness Research Center. She is also the president of a nonprofit organization called The Mindfulness Mindset, which aims to provide mental health services to overlooked communities. Aiko believes that when people feel well, they can present the best version of themselves to their loved ones and their communities. Her life's mission and profession are devoted to teaching evidence-based mindfulness practices and tools for daily life, as an integral part of cultivating an awareness that dismantles internal and external systems of harm. Aiko is a thought leader who envisions a society that prioritizes collective wellness and belonging.
