Xenia D. Morris is a creative entrepreneur, leader, influencer, mentor, and speaker. She’s a member of the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC) and a graduate of the Business Elevation Program Cohort of 2021. She’s a source of support to many in the virtual assistance industry and just so happens to be the CEO of the PAM Firm, Inc.
Eight years ago, Xenia had been laid off from her corporate employer for the last time at #5, and she made a conscious decision within herself to never put her future in the hands of others any longer.
On April 23, 2015, walking out the doors of the corporate office building for the last time. She decided to use her skill set as a professional executive assistant and create her own opportunity and start her business. The PAM Firm, Inc., celebrated its 8-year anniversary in April 2022.
