Delphine Pruitt is Vice President, Business Access Advisor at U.S. Bank, driving sustainable growth and job creation for Black businesses. She served with members of U.S. Congressional Black Caucus, as part of a humanitarian delegation to Cuba, to improve cultural understanding and business relations. Ms. Pruitt spent over 14 years executing multicultural lending strategies for clients generating over $60 billion annually with Fannie Mae’s Single Family Mortgage divisions. Certified in Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®), Ms. Pruitt is ranked among 2% of the population assessed at the highest level of cultural competency for those completing the Intercultural Development Inventory tool.
